We have both Deaf and hearing staff, who are all qualified British Sign Language users up to BSL Level 6 (or working towards) and are trained in or working towards a Residential Child Care Level 3 Diploma.
The Rolle House team consists of a Registered Children’s Home manager, Deputy Manager and a team of Residential Support Workers.
Our staff are friendly and dedicated to keeping our young people safe while ensuring they have fun and are well looked after.
